Description:
Written for the Phoenix Chamber Choir in 2011 and premiered in concert 2012; Daffodils is a piece inspired from a poem by William Wordsworth called "Daffodils". The piece tries to capture the movement daffodils swaying in the breeze through its triple meter and hovering melody. The piece has six distinct sections which correspond to the changing thoughts and points of view of the poet.
